Each week, access a new dance lesson that you can practice on your time in the comfort of your home. All 6 lessons are laid out for you in a clear and easy-to-follow format. Opening each lesson will be the highlight of your week.
Join your fellow dancers online each week as I teach and review the routine, key concepts to focus on, and provide direct feedback on your dancing so you can feel confident that you are on point. Awesome way to connect with a group and great for accountability to keep you on track.
Each week, stay motivated by using the course workbook which challenges you to go deeper with your movement while ensuring that you are grasping and reflecting on the material. This work will help bring the dance moves to life.

This course is designed for women of all sizes, shapes and backgrounds who have a minimum of 1-2 years of basic dance experience and are comfortable picking up choreography.
The dance lessons and classes will always have an option to do beginner or intermediate moves and can be accommodated to suit different levels.
For those who are absolute beginner with no previous experience, you are invited to sign up for the VIP 3-Month Private Dance Coaching Program. Email email@example.com to find out more.
The live group classes take place for an hour on Sundays at 11:00AM EST. The first class is on Sunday, April 11, 2021. Students will be required to download the Zoom app and will be provided links each week to join.
Plan for at least 3-4 hours per week for the course. This can be broken down into the following: Approximately 1.5 – 2.5 hours of dancing on your own, 1 hr for the live dance class and .5 hr to engage in workbook exercises and connecting with others in Facebook group.
